Stunning Wedding Details

Weddings take months and sometimes years to organise. Hundreds and thousands of pounds are spent to get every last detail perfect on the special day. Because of this I am aware that capturing all the intricate details at a wedding is so important and can make your wedding book all that more special for their inclusion. Their are no short cuts here. Using a macro lens is essential to capture the close up details in crisp high definition sharpness and beautiful vibrant colours as you would see them with your own eyes on the day. Pictures of the brides flowers, shoes and dress are normally done at the house or venue while the bride gets ready, then later on at the reception I will ensure all the decorations and details on the tables are captured before the guests enter.

Wedding at Ware Priory, Hertfordshire

This picture makes me smile every time! Jenny and Andrew had a lovely wedding ceremony at Ware Priory in Hertfordshire, then we all headed up to the Roebuck Hotel for the party. Hidden away upstairs we found a secluded roof terrace complete with a pond full of huge koi carp. After the delicious wedding breakfast and speeches the couple headed up there for some fresh air and an impromptu photoshoot making use of the gorgeous early evening light. Wedding at Letchworth Hall Hotel, Hertfordshire

Stacy and Lewis got married in my local wedding venue Letchworth Hall Hotel in Hertfordshire. The grounds here are stunning. This has to be one of my favourite images that day because it shows off the unique view at the back of the hotel. As always the staff were extremely efficient and made sure the whole day went like clockwork allowing the couple to enjoy their wedding day to the full! Wedding at Down Hall in Hertfordshire

Last summer I was lucky enough to photograph Emma and Ryans wedding at Down Hall in Hertfordshire. For this picture I used my new favourite lens a Nikon 17-35mm 2.8 on my D700. I really liked the cloud formations that day and made them a prominent part of this final image. Emma and Ryan had an amazing wedding day with a few surprises in the evening thanks to Soprano Bella and the singing waiters! Click on this link to view the complete photography gallery. Emma Newbury - We had an amazing day and Kieran was just fantastic! I hate having my photo taken but felt so relaxed and comfortable and the photos came out perfectly! Kieran was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him! Thank you for everything. Mrs Newbury xxx

Engagement session at Chartridge, Buckinghamshire

Laura and Matthew will be getting married next June at Chatridge in Buckinghamshire. Its a lovely venue in a quiet rural area. They decided to have their engagement photo session at their wedding venue which was a great idea with the stunning gardens making the perfect backdrop. Pictures were taken on my Nikon D700 and 80-200mm 2.8 lens. To view the complete gallery of images click on this link.
